How WLV started
WLV began with David, Scott and Adam, who all previously worked together at British Gas. What started as a heating-focused business has grown into a wider plumbing and heating team serving customers across the West Midlands.
Over time, the focus became less about labels and more about helping customers find the right solution.

We want WLV to be more than somewhere people simply come to work. We’re investing in training, qualifications and genuine career opportunities for our team, while also creating opportunities for the next generation of local engineers.
From additional qualifications to future apprenticeships, our aim is to build a skilled local team that can continue looking after homes across the West Midlands for many years to come.
